Overview

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is one of Vancouver’s most recognizable boba chains. Originating from Taiwan in 1997, CoCo has expanded globally, with numerous locations across Asia, North America, Europe, and beyond. Renowned for its wide selection of customizable drinks, CoCo offers various options, including classic bubble teas, fruit teas, milk teas, and specialty beverages like slushies and smoothies. CoCo was our first experience tasting the tapioca pearl, and it was for me and many others. With multiple locations throughout the lower mainland, you have seen the famous orange logo.

My Opinion

CoCo has always been an average boba spot for me. Although there are many drink options, I found nothing special about the flavours. One of the main things why I’m not too fond of CoCo is the lack of fresh ingredients. Many beverages are made with syrups and powder, which is okay, but fresher ingredients are always the way to go. For me, CoCo, it is often a desperation to fix my boba addiction if there is nothing else around.
