Process Post #12 - Final Reflection

PUB 101 has honestly been an amazing time. I’ve learned many new skills that I probably wouldn’t have learned in my other classes within my major. This semester had its ups and downs, but I found this class to be the most fun and relaxing compared to the rest of my terrible class. So I am grateful.

Through this course, my biggest struggle was understanding how to use WordPress. When I first bought my domain, I was so lost. I didn’t understand how to edit my website, use the plugins, make pages and post; it was a whole new learning process. Things got slightly easier through each hurdle, and I began getting the hang of it. They always said it would get easier in class, and I’m glad it did. Although my website isn’t perfect, and there were many things I wanted to implement, I have to appreciate the work I put into it. After long hours of writing and numerous boba consumed later, I made this, and I’m proud of it. I hope to use these skills as an elementary school teacher in the future, creating a website for different resources and using it as info for school activities.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Suzanne and Christina for making this class what it was. Although I may not have talked a single time in class, I had a fantastic time sitting there and learning so many new things in socials each week. Just being able to write about things I am passionate about and work on my creativity is truly a blessing. I can’t wait to see what I have in store next. I hope the best for you two and reading through all the websites. Hopefully, my blogs aren’t too boring, and you enjoy them!

Thanks for everything

Edison
